Please take pictures of any damage to products, packaging, delivery materials/boxes etc. immediately upon receipt.
If there is a problem with any of the product(s) you receive, please notify us within 48 hour of delivery by filling out the form below. You may return, products that are damaged, defective or unopened (with safety seals intact). A refund or product credit will be issued at the sole discretion of Nature’s Serenity. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return was do to an error on our side (you received incorrect product, etc).
All product returns must be received by us with 7 days of receiving return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Private Label products are not eligible for return/refund once labels have been applied to the product. Please see Wholesale customer information here for further details.
To receive a refund/credit on a retail product you purchased though our website, please do the following:
- Within 48 hours of receiving the product fill out and submit the form below.
- After form submission, you will receive, within 24 hours, an email with return shipping information (address and instructions). Please be sure to follow these instructions. If you do not receive this email with 24 hours of form submission, check your junk folder.
- Applicable refunds will be issued with 7-10 days of receiving the returned product. During this time we will be in contact with you via email to keep you informed about the process. Please note that refunds/credits make take up to 30 days to show on your credit card statement.
